The smallest apartment of our first project in Nawala, Signature 12 is 1800 Sq. Ft. and all units have three bedrooms plus domestic quarters and also comes with a custom designed fully-equipped Hacker® Pantry (Germany), Roca® Bathware (Spain), Solar Panels for each apartment and the common areas, Inverter Air-conditioners etc. We strive to create a unique proposition to the clientele through the utilization of world standard fittings & fixtures and offered two first’s to the Sri Lankan Residential Development Market;
